Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen spinach thawed and chopped
  • 12 oz marinated artichokes drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup parmigiano reggiano shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Boil spinach in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot.

Notes

If wanting to bake then reserve 1/3 cup of cheese for the top. Place in a baking dish, top with cheese and broil until melted.
