Combine; yeast, 1 Tbsp. sugar and warm water in a small bowl and let foam.
In a separate bowl combine; luke warm milk, softened butter, 1/4 c sugar, 3 eggs, and pinch of salt. Add in the yeast mixture and flour and combine until thoroughly mixed. Set aside, cover with lid or Saran wrap and let rise.
After the dough rises for 4 hours, roll the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut with a roll cutter. Fold the cut dough in half and place in a lightly greased and floured glass round dish (pie dish). Cover with clean dish towels and let rise for one hour then brush with melted butter and bake.
