Quick and easy appetizer and dip that is sure to please. We serve with white corn tortilla chips.

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups frozen spinach thawed and chopped
- 12 oz marinated artichokes drained and chopped
- 2/3 cup parmigiano reggiano shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil spinach in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot.
Notes
If wanting to bake then reserve 1/3 cup of cheese for the top. Place in a baking dish, top with cheese and broil until melted.
